Great result during a challenging time

One of the great things about Glenn is his integrity and professionalism - he didn’t promise us the world to secure a listing, instead he was very open, honest and transparent with us about the reality of the market we were selling in (including the uncertainty associated with Covid-19). In contrast to some of his peers, this display of character gave us such confidence and reassurance that we didn’t need to meet with other agents before signing with Glenn - we knew we wanted Glenn to represent our property.

The one promise Glenn did make was that he would do his utmost to achieve the best result that the market would offer, and he absolutely delivered on that promise!

Straight away, Glenn’s network and industry expertise shone through. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done before going to market just a few days later and Glenn pulled out all the stops to get us across the line before our first open. We wouldn’t have managed it in this timeframe without Glenn’s attentive and dedicated support, advice and contacts.

Throughout the campaign, the communication line was superb with Glenn keeping us regularly and fully updated. Glenn is extremely engaging and jovial and was a pleasure to deal with.
